Background

Bob Stout is President of Stout Government Relations Consulting, LLC (SGRC). SGRC represents major organizations such as Newland Texas Communities, The Town Center Improvement District of The Woodlands, Texas, The Woodlands Development Co. and HNTB Architects Engineers and Planners. Educated at the University of Mississippi (B.A.), The University of Virginia (M.S.) and George Washington University (graduate work in public administration and law); Bob has over 25 years experience interacting at the highest levels of the local, state and federal governments. Highlights of Bob’s career include work for U.S. Army Deputy Chief of Staff General Dutch Kirwin in the Pentagon, Cabinet Secretary Joe Califano at The U.S. Department of Health, Education and Welfare, The Honorable Bob Lanier and Mr. George Mitchell.
